My device is not recognised on computer

Try mounting your device using the supplied USB cable and try other USB ports. Restarting your computer also helps and ensures that your computer is working optimally. 


Please also ensure your device is charged fully and the SD card is inserted properly. After plugging into your computer, the unit will turn on indicating it is connected and your computer will recognise it.
