Video format

The video format is "standard": H.264, however it's not a standard playable by Quicktime Player. VLC however handles it just fine (on a Mac, presumably on any platform that VLC runs on).

How about let the user decide what video format to output? The AVI format drives me crazy and as a MAC user, I'd much rather have .MOV format.
