Can I just say that the customer service of the team at Cycliq
has been nothing short of Brilliant. I had to send back by Fly12 camera due to a wear at tear
issue with the USB. The team at Cycliq informed me that this type of issue isn’t
covered under warranty. However in good faith Cycliq have replaced the fly12
camera under warranty. This type of kind service is on the back of replacing a
fly6 camera that was a few months out of warranty and offered the replacement
camera at a vastly reduce cost.
Big companies in Australia should look at the Cycliq team
and learn what customer service is about
