Is it possible to change the way folders are named to something like YYYY-MM-DD_TIME? Sorting will be much easier and easily identifiable than the current '10350321' format.

 The "standardization" you've chosen buys nothing in this case, and costs understandably.  Look at any number of car dashboard cams and you'll find many using common-sensical naming schemes like Alan suggested.
