The Fly6 Pro supports&#x202F;exFAT formatted microSD cards up to 256GB. Although higher-capacity microSD cards may function it is important to note that use may also introduce stability issues.MicroSD cards used in all Cycliq Fly products and must be able to write consistently and withstand regular power cycling. Some consumer microSD cards do not always meet these criteria and require regular formatting to resolve data corruption issues.A V30 microSD card is the minimum required speed class. However, to achieve optimum performance the microSD card in your Fly product should be specifically designed for use in dashcams (e.g. Sandisk Endurance, Kingston Endurance).MicroSD cards must be formatted as exFAT. <h2 id="isPasted">My Fly6 Pro will not connect with my smartphone</h2>We have made the process of connecting your Fly6 Pro to your smartphone as seamless as possible.Once you have downloaded the <a href="https://cycliq.com/software/" rel="noreferrer noopener">CycliqPlus mobile app</a>, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the Fly6 Pro is switched on and within close proximity.If your Bluetooth is not enabled on your smartphone, you will be reminded to enable it. Then turn the device on.</li><li>Make sure that your device is NOT on your smartphone Bluetooth previously or currently paired list (must be unpaired).</li></ul>Note: A corrupted microSD card could also cause the CycliqPlus mobile app to not recognise your Fly6 Pro. <h2 id="isPasted">My device is recording with poor quality</h2>The Fly6 Pro has different video resolutions you can choose from.For highest quality recording choose 4K at 30fps. These settings will maximise colour quality, video smoothness and image stabilisation.You can also switch on the Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) for greater stability. Note that enabling EIS will reduce your battery runtime (<a href="https://cycliq.gorgias.help/en-US/battery-issues-1079334" style=" text-decoration: none;" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">see expected runtimes here</a>).If you think the quality of your footage is poor, check the lens for dirt. When cleaning we recommend a moist, non-abrasive cloth like a sunglasses cleaner or microfibre cloth.<h2 id="my-recorded-files-are-missing">My recorded files are missing</h2>If you notice that you have missing files and you have not deleted them manually, it may be that the recording was looped over by the Fly6 Pro looping function. Average runtime before looping depends on the video settings and number of locked files; this time is generally between 2.45 and 4 hours on 64GB SD card.To save footage from being looped over, press the Q button for 2 seconds to lock that segment.To check your video recording, connect your Fly6 Pro to a computer, open the file explorer, find your device folder and go to DCIM &#x2013; this is where the recordings are stored.You can arrange these recordings in chronological order to ensure all files are visible. If you&#x2019;ve recently formatted your SD card, all files will be erased.If your recorded files are missing and it&#x2019;s not possible that they have been wiped or looped over, , please use the button in the top right to contact our support team.<h2 id="my-footage-is-bumpy">My footage is bumpy</h2>Your Fly6 Pro has an Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) feature. If your footage is bumpy, it could be because EIS is not enabled. Use the CycliqPlus app to toggle EIS on/off by opening the app and connecting your Fly6 Pro. From there go to Settings -&gt; Video -&gt; EIS.If your footage is still bumpy with EIS enabled, please check your mount.

If for any reason your Fly6 Pro is not lasting for the expected runtime, please try the following:<ul><li>Ensure your Fly6 Pro is fully charged (LED will illuminate green)</li><li>Update your Fly6 Pro firmware</li><li>Perform a bench test</li></ul>Once fully charged, place the unit on top of a flat surface and turn it on. We recommend turning off the LED lights so you can check how long the battery lasts in default mode.
