Why can’t I connect my device to the app?

Oops! That is no good but like all Bluetooth devices, this can happen from time to time. Fortunately, there are easy steps to remedy this. Please check our suggestions below. 

  • Turn your device off and do a Bluetooth reset. Then turn your unit on and try connecting again.
  • If a Bluetooth reset is unsuccessful, try doing a master reset instead. Then turn your unit on and try connecting again.


Note: Make sure your unit is fully charged as low battery charge may affect your connectivity. Reinstalling the app also helps to ensure you have the latest app version. App connectivity is only for newer models.
