Recording issues

My Fly12 CE is not recording

Note: there’s a known issue with formatting your SD card via USB to a MacBook. We are currently working on a solution for this. If you have formatted your SD card via USB to a MacBook and find that your device will not record, please try reformatting your SD either using an SD card adaptor or the CycliqPlus mobile app.

If your Fly12 CE is not recording, please ensure that you are using an appropriate SD card as some SD cards are not able to cope with the read and write speeds required by HD recording.

Also ensure the device has adequate charge in order to record.  

If the device is still not recording correctly:

  • Perform a master reset of the device
  • Format your SD card using the SD card adaptor or through the CycliqPlus app
