If your SD card is corrupted, the Fly device will play a SD card error noise.</p><p>If you&#x2019;re still experiencing issues connecting your Fly device to your smartphone, please use the button in the top right to contact our support team.</p><h3 id="cant-see-your-fly12-ce-in-the-devices-list-android-only">Can&#x2019;t see your Fly12 CE in the devices list (Android only)?</h3><p>If you&#x2019;re using Android and cannot see your Fly12 CE but can see other Fly devices please uninstall and re-install CycliqPlus.</p><p>If you&#x2019;re still experiencing issues connecting your Fly12 CE to your smartphone, please use the button in the top right to contact our support team.</p><h3 id="im-seeing-connecting-to-device-in-cycliqplus-with-my-fly6-ce-but-its-not-able-to-connect">I&#x2019;m seeing &#x201C;Connecting to device&#x2026;&#x201D; in CycliqPlus with my Fly6 CE but it&#x2019;s not able to connect.</h3><p>Ensure that you have not manually paired your Fly6 CE to your Android or iOS smartphone.</p><p>See the following section, Removing the Fly&#x2019;s Bluetooth entry from your smartphone.</p><h3 id="removing-the-flys-bluetooth-entry-from-your-smartphone">Removing the Fly&#x2019;s Bluetooth entry from your smartphone</h3><p>Make sure that your device is NOT on your phone&#x2019;s Bluetooth list (it must be unpaired).</p><p><strong>For Android devices:</strong></p><ol><li>From the Android home screen go to Settings &gt; Bluetooth, or Settings &gt; Connections &gt; Bluetooth</li><li>Check the Paired devices list for your Fly device</li><li>If you find it is listed as paired tap the Settings button and select Unpair</li></ol><p>Re-open the CycliqPlus app and select Scan from the opening screen.</p><p><strong>For iOS devices:</strong></p><ol><li>From the iPhone home screen go to Settings &gt; Bluetooth</li><li>Check the Paired devices list for your Fly device</li><li>If you find it listed as paired tap the circle with the &#x201C;i&#x201D; in it and then select Forget this device</li></ol><p>Re-open the CycliqPlus app and select Scan from the opening screen.</p>
